I developed elbow stiffness in recovery after a bad break around 8 months ago. I was expecting to never be able to straighten my arm again. I came into hospital today for a capsular release surgery and now it seems that I will be able to fully extend my arm! Brilliant work by Prof Singh

Having been unable to find a specialist upper arm surgeon locally to repair a ruptured distal bicep tendon a search online came up with Professor Singh. As I was based 700 miles away Professor Singh agreed to undertake an initial consultation via FaceTime. This was followed by a second consultation face to face and surgery at KIMS three days later. Can’t fault the surgeon, staff or hospital. Both Professor Singh and his secretary Anne couldn’t be more helpful. Definitely worth making the journey!

Thank you. It was indeed an honour to receive and treat a patient from so far away. I always like a face to face consultation but given the distance I agreed to do a digital consultation and we met in clinic before undertaking the surgery. Best wishes for on going rehab.
